Benny The Butcher and J. Cole pulled out all the stops on their new single, Johnny P's Caddy. The song comes off of Benny's upcoming project, Tana Talk 4.
Both rappers show off their absolute dominance with memorable bars and storytelling about their respective rises to fame. Benny talks about his staying power in the rap world and his place in Buffalo, including his work with Griselda Records. J. Cole comes in with the next verse speaking on his prominent status in the rap world while not having a worry when it comes to what he does. Their respective performances are fantastic and is proof that the two should have collaborated earlier.
The song is produced by The Alchemist, creating a beautiful beat filled with classic hip-hop drums and a melodic vocal sample. His work created a canvas perfectly suited for the two rappers to own with their styles. We're surely going to hear more of his production on Benny's upcoming project.
