Jungle - Fred again.. [SONG]

Ever since I saw him at Coachella this past spring, I've had Fred again.. playing on repeat. His ability to capture emotion out of samples and manipulate them so perfectly into masterful songs is something to behold. People are flocking to his standout style of EDM and eagerly awaiting his next project. Fred's been busy making and performing new music ahead of his upcoming release of Actual Life 3. He's given us another taste of the project with his new single, Jungle. The song features vocals from Elley Duhé's track, immortal, released in 2017.

The first two Actual Life albums were deeply personal and emotional projects that centered around themes of isolation, loss, and pandemic related feelings. Now that dancing is no longer lost though, Fred again.. has been on a tear dropping high-energy dance tracks that have been primed for festival and club speakers. Jungle is no different. In the beginning the isolated vocals are complimented by low synths, gearing it up for an incredible drop. There's a metronome sounding click that creates an eager anticipation for the energy to come. Fred chops the vocal sample into an intoxicating and adrenaline filled arrangement during the drop. Pounding drums and synths add more layers to liveliness of it all.

Jungle has me even more excited to see what club-banger Fred has in store for this new project. It's clear to me that he's been taking all the electricity in the air during his shows and using it to construct some incredible tracks. There's always something refreshing about his mint style of creativity, so I can't wait to see what's next. Check out the song below!
