When We Were Young festival just announced one of the most insane nostalgia filled line ups I have ever seen.
My Chemical Romance is set to headline with Paramore on October 22nd at the Las Vegas Festival Grounds. MCR's performance will be highly anticipated ever since their tour, including festival stops, were postponed due to the pandemic. Some other big names include Avril Lavigne, Manchester Orchestra, Wolf Alice, 3OH!3, Car Seat Headrest, Jimmy Eat World, and more (as seen above). Surprisingly, Tik-tokers turned musicians, Lil Huddy and jxdn will also be performing. The whole festival is a wonderland of some of the biggest names in 2000's emo and pop punk, and I'm sure people will travel from across the US to be there.
What came as a shock when I saw the details was that the entire lineup will perform on a single day. I'm sure this will be disappointing for many as it will be impossible to see as many artists as the festival goers would like to. Tickets for the festival at $224 for General Admission and presale starts on Friday, January 21st.
